Mickey's House: Monday, April 2, part 2

The first ride was It's a Small World, and I think that was my favorite one! The girls loved it too. After that, we rode on the Peter Pan's Flight which Jack loved and he and John went on it again. The older kids split from us at that point and went to ride the bigger roller coasters. John and I took the kids on the carousel and got them a Popsicle to cool them off (it was 90+ degrees!).

Jack and John drove around the raceway and Jack says this is his favorite ride (but he mentioned something different each time we asked him!) The girls met Chip and Dale. We then met back up with the rest of the clan and ate lunch. After lunch, the kids got Buzz Lightyear's autograph. The girls were needing a nap so Aunt Mary and I walked around with them looking for a shady spot to watch the parade (hoping they would fall asleep--no such luck!) while everyone else went on the log ride (again, Jack loved it). Mary and I fed the girls a lemon slush, a sucker, gum and gave them a water bottle to entertain them while we waited for the parade to start.

Jack was holding on to his underwear? When he let go, Buzz pulled them up! We had to laugh--Jack had no idea!

Waiting for the parade to start--these suckers, or "time wasters" helped for about 30 minutes.
