Thank-yous

Sunday afternoon, I sat down with the girls to write some thank-you notes. It was a little bit of a struggle, mostly because all three of them wanted my attention at a lot of the same time, but we worked through it and got them done. After the writing part was done, I told the girls to decorate the bottoms. It is fun to watch the different personalities of these three. Kate is very much like Jack and hates to write and color and draw. She took each page and scribbled a little with one color marker and she was done in about one minute. Elizabeth and Anna, on the other hand were still decorating their first. Elizabeth had apple trees, people, flowers, rainbows and clouds while Anna had a pattern on the side of the page with a picture in the middle.
