Playing in the Rain

We had two days in a row of rain and the girls love to get on their raincoats, boots and "rain-umbrellas" and play in the puddles.

Tree Down

We had a quick storm come in this afternoon, if you call it that. The kids were actually in the pool and I looked up and saw some dark clouds headed our way. Our pool guy was there too and out of no where there was a huge gust of wind that blew over our Bradford Pear tree snapped in half. I hurried the girls out of the pool and we quickly went inside. The winds were over 70 mph in our area. It never really rained, just sprinkled and then it was partly cloudy. It was a strange storm.

Dentist Appointments

The kids had their dentist appointments today. It was seriously the quickest appointment I have ever been too. Our appointments were are 11:30. All four kids had their teeth cleaned (they had four hygienists) and Jack got x-rays. The dentist examined them (they all still have cross bites, but NO cavities). We were walking out to check out at 11:45. It was great how fast they were!We love Dr. Caple's office!

Elizabeth was the most nervous so I sat with her while she got her teeth cleaned.

Good-Byes

We said good-bye to our friends tonight. They came over for a quick swim before they have to leave tomorrow. They are moving six hours a way to the other end of the state! We are always the ones moving...I don't like when friends move away!

Reese and Reagan are a little over a year younger than the girls.

More Neighbors

The evening before we left, we saw some old neighbors. The Svelnis boys are all getting so big! We moved when Marty and the girls were one. They had fun playing together again.

Brookfield Zoo

I took the kids with Nicholas and Erin to the Brookfield Zoo today. It was a perfect zoo day. It was not too hot and a lot of the animals were out and moving around. Since we don't have zoos in Arkansas, it was great to let the kids go to the zoo a few times this summer. The kids especially liked the brown bear that decided to take a swim, the zebras, horses and camels.
