Fourth of July Celebrations- Arlington Pool

Today we had a fun-filled day--but wow, we are ALL exhausted! Sarah and I went for a run in the morning and John and his brother, dad, my dad and my brother all played golf to start the day. When they were on the 15th tee, the whole clan walked out our back door to watch them play the hole. The whole clan meaning both Scudder families since they were staying with us. Carter came out too, so I'm sure we looked like a spectacle. Around 11, we met up with the Frazier's at the pool. Since there were so many older kids, the girls got to go in the baby pool which they have never been in. Elizabeth loved it and Erin taught her how to blow bubbles in the water. Kate and Anna had a great time to and I think they prefer the baby pool to the splash pad area.

Leave it to their older cousins to paint their toenails for the first time--green was the color of choice. Elizabeth is pointing to her painted nails.

The girls ate here too. I brought cupcakes for all the kids and they were a big hit!
