Vacation: Wednesday, June 15: Walking Mackinac Island

After checking in to our rooms, we loaded up the kids and walked back to town (a three or four block walk) and explored the city. It was cold! I think the temperature was in the low 60s, but it was windy. Jack got tired of walking, but he loved seeing the town and horses.

So was Maria. My three girls did NOT sleep, however. They were up at 5AM, slept little in the car and missed their nap...I guess they didn't want to miss out on all there was to see :)
